Einstein is talking about energetic frequency that refers to the rate at which an object (or a system) vibrates. So, this can be considered a measure of the object’s energy or intensity.

In spirituality, when we talk about vibration or frequency, we mean the frequency of our thoughts, emotions, and energy and the belief that these can influence our overall wellbeing and manifest in the physical world. The idea is that by increasing or aligning our frequency with positive energy, we can improve our life experiences and attract abundance.
